Hello,

We have around 250 Samsung Xcovers Pro.
Now we have an issue that the screen time-out is 30s and we want to expand that to 2mins.

Device experience
Managed Homescreen
Enrollment profile type - Dedicated device
Kiosk mode - Multi-app

Power Settings
Time to lock screen (work profile-level) - 2 Minutes (doenst work)

Is there any way of changing this?
We use also the Samsung Knox Plugin, but cant find the settings there.

So really hope we can make this change in Intune/ or Samsung OEM.

Dont want to do it manual on all devices.

Hope someone can help me out.

@Jeroen Fonferek , For the setting "Time to lock screen (work profile-level)", when it set as 2 minutes, it means the users can set the time from 15 seconds up to 2 minutes.
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-gb/mem/intune/configuration/device-restrictions-android-for-work?WT_mc_id=EM-MVP-5001447&hmsr=joyk.com&utm_source=joyk.com&utm_medium=referral#fully-managed-dedicated-and-corporate-owned-work-profile-devices-2

At the same time, we need to set the amount of time for the lock screen separately. For this setting, I find now there's only related setting in device restriction profile for Personally owned work profile device. For Dedicated device, I find there's no such setting. The option to set it on official document is to set it is manually.

I know you want to set the settings in a batch not manual. Here we suggest to feedback to Intune uservoice to request this feature to see if we can get it in the future:

Meanwhile, to see if it can be done via the OEMConfig. You can contact Samsung OEM to see if it has. If yes, you can deploy it via OEMConfig via Intune. Here is a link for the reference:

Thanks for the understanding and have a nice day!
