Unable to connect FTP server

Question

Hi, I'm using Filezila to enter my FTP server and im receiving an error when I'm trying to connect a directory listing, thing is I'm able to connect the ftp server, but when I click the directory I'm getting a response 550 Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password, I checked the password and it's fine.
Need help here :]

Did you changed administrator password recently? Or the permission of app pool to the virtual directory? Please check the permission of virtual directory.

Make sure the application pool has full control permission to virtual directory. Or an easier way is to remove the ftp site and application pool and create a new one.

It's very likely that the problem you encountered at first is also caused by this becaused it's also a permission issue.
