AZ-900 Certificate is not received

Question

Hi,
Iam Qualified in AZ-900 Exam and i attend that exam at 12th Feb. 2022 ...But i didn't received the certificate on my Certification Dashboard and it showing error..I got the achieved mail
Microsoft Certification ID:992568066
I Hope will reply as soon as possible because the due date was completing..
