unable to edit recurring appointments in Outlook any version

we have our domain with M365 and users are using outlook to access it .

All users are unable to edit single occurrence of a recurring meeting , as the time and date selection button are greyed out.

please can some one help this is an urgent issue.

In order to verify, what vesion of Outlook are you using?(File > Office Account > About Outlook)
Can the organizer of the recurring meeting also be unable to modify the date and time? Is the checkbox for all day events checked?

According to my test on Outlook, when I am an invitee of a recurring meeting, the page I open is like the picture below, there is no option button for date and time for me to modify.

Based on my search, I found an official document which metioned that you cannot change the details of meetings or events that others have invited you to.
