not able to install KB5010359

Hello,

I am having an issue installing KB5010359 on a physical serve Windows server 2016 essential. I am getting 2022-02 Cumulative Update for Windows Server 2016 for x64-based Systems (KB5010359) - Error 0x80070026.
I ran Windows update troubleshooting and I get error on database corruption. I ran sfc /scannow and I get unrepairable corrupt files.
I appreciate any insights or help to resolve the probelm.

    After following your recommendation and running Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-image /Startcomponentcleanup to reduce winsxs, I am getting this error.
    please advise.
