unable to migrate the mailbox

Hi All

i am using exchange 2016 hybrid envrionment. I have a shared mailbox in exchange online,(i.e this shared mailbox is directly created in online) i want to migrate it to onprem. When i perform the migration from onprem to online i am getting the below error. experts guide me how to fix it. if i convert this shared mailbox to regular mailbox will it work.
