There were four mini dump files collected.

They all displayed the same misbehaving driver.

The current Windows installation is Windows1909: Version 10.0.18363 Build 18363

Did you block upgrades or do you need to troubleshoot failure to upgrade?

If you want to troubleshoot failed Windows upgrades then create a new thread.

The computer is currently using the following GPU:
    Intel(R) UHD Graphics 620

    The misbehaving driver was: Amdkmdag.sys / Atikmdag.sys

Please uninstall the AMD GPU drivers using DDU.

The AMD GPU card was not seen in the collected logs.

Was the card removed or is it still installed?

Which method(s) was/were used to block Windows updates?

See if you can upgrade Windows.

If BSOD reoccur they can be troubleshooted.

    Hello,

I have uninstalled AMD drivers using DDU
    as for the windows updates
I have paused the windows update to avoid installation of amd drivers via windows update.

Do you recommend resuming the windows update ? and will it again lead to BSOD because of AMD drivers ?
