No reply from Azure support - what next?
We have raised a couple of support requests for Azure (one priority A, which should have an initial response in less than 1 hour). It's been over a week and we haven't had a single correspondence.
What's the next step? It seems that Azure are not honouring the support response times (https://azure.microsoft.com/en-gb/support/plans/response/), in the support plan. But this is paid support plan, and I don't see any other method of contact.
Has anyone come across this, is there another way to get support or raise a complaint?

2022-02-17T18:29:22.723+00:00 In case this helps anyone else, I found a phone number for Microsoft support which I tried (this didn't help in my case). However I was able to raise a support request through our 365 portal instead, which provided quicker support, so we're now eventually connected with the right team to investigate.
