Deleting HPC head node which is shut down

We physically shut down and disconnected from network one of HPC head nodes and now we can't remove it from the grid. "Delete" command in HPC Cluster Manager or PowerShell "Remove-HpcNode" command just hang indefinitely. The node state is unknown/unapproved. How can we remove it from the fgid?
