Hi,
One of our Web apps does not show on VScode to one user.
They have the permissions required and can access it through the portal.
Any ideas?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
What account are you logged in with for the extension? Please ensure the one user is not confusing work account and personal account. Also, can you please try logging out and back in for the extension? If you are logged into the extension with the proper account you can see any other services in the subscription.
