Microsoft project progres lines

Question

Hi

I'm currently having issues recently when converting progress on a project to a pdf file for team distribution. I've found that the progress line turns green and does not indicate the delay lines as it would on project. This only occurs when i convert to print -pdf .The project therefore doesn't mirror the pdf ,any help?
