No hosted parallelism has been purchased or granted when running Azure Pipeline

Question

Hello!

I'm getting the following error everytime I run our pipeline to deploy our application:

No hosted parallelism has been purchased or granted. To request a free parallelism grant, please fill out the following form https://aka.ms/azpipelines-parallelism-request

At first, I filled up the form and after a day, we were able to run our pipeline normally, but now it just stoped again and it's giving out the same message.
