Microsoft Forms issue

Question

I can not be able to connect to the Microsoft form admin page, and can not connect even if I click the Form from MS forms top page.
(There is no problem with the user page.)
It seems that the link on the administrator page has changed automatically as some reasons, Is there a way to recover it?

Microsoft Forms is not currently supported here on Q&A. The product group for Microsoft Forms actively monitors questions over at
