Applications Going Into "Not Responding" Status On Azure (Cloud)

Ref: Applications Going Into Not Responding Mode.

Please could someone help, We have noticed that some of the Microsoft Office & Other Applications Installed On The Desktop Seem To Go Into "Not Responding" Status. Please Could You Advise What Is The Root Cause Of This Issue And How Can This Be Fixed?
