Generally , SSMS is installed after sql server is installed,has your sql server been successfully installed ？do you have a previous version that has not been uninstalled cleanly，about how to uninstall the SSMS，please refer to：https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/sql/ssms/uninstall-management-studio
