retrieving calls on TEMAS

Dear Microsoft,

Is there a possibility to retrieve a call on TEAMS? The call was within the same organization team which included important information but was not recorded. What are the cases where unrecorded calls can be retrieved?

I am afraid no, it's currently not feasible to retrieve unrecorded calls on Teams.

In the long run, in order to prevent this situation from happening again, you may consider encouraging your administrator to implement an administrative recording policy so that calls and online meetings can be recorded automatically for subsequent processing and retention.
