The maximum size of an app that I want to create via the "Provisioning Packages" process.

There is not a special limit to the maximum size of HoloLens for Provisioning Packages.

The maximum field size for which the World anchoring feature would be still functional (1000 m*2? 10000 m*2 ?)

If you want to know the maximum field size of a single spatial anchor that can ensure stability near its origins. A good rule of thumb is to ensure that anything you render based on a distant spatial anchor's coordinate system is within about 3 meters of its origin. The holograms rendered too far away from their anchor's origin will experience increasingly severe lever-arm effects. This is because small adjustments to the position and orientation of the stage or anchor are magnified proportional to the distance from that anchor.

If you are wondering if there is any limit to the number of physical spaces that it can store with spatial anchor system. The limit depends on your hard drive budget. The HoloLens will constantly read/write volumes to disk and prioritize keeping the sensor data that is near that anchor so that hologram occlusion works well.

Outdoor potential malfunctioning.

Not recommended for outdoor use. Any outdoor lighting can also cause instability in the tracker, as the sun may vary considerably over time.
