May I use an Office professional 2019 license on a new PC without charge?

I bought a MS Office Office professional 2019 license, I'm contemplating buying a new PC. May I load Office professional 2019 on the new PC?

    Office 2019 Professional Edition is a retail version which only supports binding to one device.

    If your key is not bound to your Microsoft account, you can install Office directly on the new computer, log in and activate.

    If your key has been bound your Microsoft account and you need to uninstall Office on your device, it is recommended to use Microsoft's official uninstall tool, this is the link:
