Server 2012r2 Update issue with Feb updates

Question

So I ran updates last week on my servers. Didn't seem to have any issues. Well today I was trying to install the print management role on one of my 2012r2 servers and it would complete, reboot, and NOTHING. Its not there. I went through and noticed it still said I had pending updates so I took a look. This months updates were pending for an install (even though They had completed before) so I checked the history and they were in there as successfully installed. I went through logs and found this:

I've been smashing my head against this all morning, I've done most basic troubleshooting steps, but it still won't install. Has anyone else run into this issue?

As a general troubleshooting please try the next:

• Cleanup WinSxS folder: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/manufacture/desktop/clean-up-the-winsxs-folder?view=windows-11
• Reset Windows Update: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/deployment/update/windows-update-resources#reset-windows-update-components-manually
• Repair Windows image: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/manufacture/desktop/repair-a-windows-image?view=windows-11

This should bring the system status to a healthy state and complete the installation without issues.
