I am unable to Download my Azure certifacte and transcript

Hello Support Team,

This is Hari Kiran Sappa, MSID - MS0991527529 . I completed my AZ-900 on 29/May/2021. Now i am trying to access my dashboard so to download my Certificate & Transcription . Portal is throwing error stating reach support team. I need to migrate my AZ-900 certificate to my company account. Please Help.
