Merge Two MCID profiles

Question

When I sign in it loads a profile with one MCID profile, although Vue have confirmed my exam has been scheduled against another and that I seem to have three MCID profiles in total - when I log in to one I am unable to see the appointment etc in the dashboard. My e-mail address is connected to all it seem and I cant see to change profiles How do I merge these in order to display my pre booked exams etc?
