mcptnc Error: we could not find your certification profile.

Question

I cannot access my certifications anymore. I get the error in the title: Sorry, we could not find your certification profile. Please Contact Support.
Website: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/learning/dashboard.aspx

I tried:

• restarting browser.
• logging out & in.
• Incognito window.

Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with exam results in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
