Unable to access my certification dashboard since 11am IST yesterday(18/02)

I am unable to access my certification dashboard since 18/02 11am IST. I completed DA-100 exam on 17/02.
Please do the needful as I need the certificate at the earliest. I am getting the below message

Sorry, we could not find your certification profile. Please Contact Support.

Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with exam results in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
