i just lost my administrative rights by changing the main (admin) user. i didnt knew it before that it will happen. so, how do i fix it. I even tried methods of Kapil Arya by reseting the built in administrative account. but i couldn't complete that either because my drives were locked by BitLocker Device Encryption. Now i want to know how to unlock my drive? & is it safe to unlock it?

How did you change your administrator account?
Did you use scripts?
Is your PC part of the domain?
What is the problem with the BitLocker?
I am not sure what you have tried but you can always restore the PC from the restore point and see if that helps to sort this issue. The first step is to start your PC in safe mode by following the steps from the below article.

On the Advanced Boot Options screen, use the arrow keys to highlight system restore and see if that sorts the issue. You can also use Last Known Good Configuration (advanced) which starts tarts Windows with the last registry and driver configuration that worked successfully.
