Hi, not able to access the 'View Certificates' tab in https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/learning/dashboard.aspx

It throws an error message like Sorry, we could not find your certification profile. Please Contact Support.

Please help resolve the issue.

Microsoft Certification / Exams is currently not supported in the Q&A forums.
