Not able to download my certificate

Question

I have cleared my Microsoft certification security, identity, compliance fundamentals exam and got my certificate I'd but I can't able to download it as it is showing some error like -" couldn't able to find your certification profile, contact support". Please, solve it asap.

Microsoft Certification / Exams is currently not supported in the Q&A forums.
