Unable to access my Certificate as it shows Error

Question

After I login to my Certification Profile, I get an error " when clicking on the View Certificate option the page opens but cannot see any of my certificates.
it says Sorry, we could not find your certification profile. Please Contact Support.

Kindly help me on this.
