Can not view Microsoft certifications

Question

I'm login to https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/learning/dashboard.aspx and press View Certificates button to get my Microsoft certifications but always get:

Sorry, we could not find your certification profile. Please Contact Support.

I have also already tried to remove cache and history in Microsoft Edge and open in private mode. But nothing work, still get the same message.

I need these certifications to update my CV to look for a new job. Help me, please.
