Not able to download the Certificate Transcript

Hello MSDN Community,

I have successfully completed the certification for AZ-900 and AZ-104, i am not able to view/download the Certificate Transcript.
I am trying this from last 2 days but i m getting an error "Sorry we couldnt not find your certification profile, please contact support". I have got the email for certification success as well the Badges are seen but not the transcript, i will need the transcript for some formalities to be done at my sponsor's end.
Please help me with the transcripts.

    Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with exam results in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
