Multiple Windows 10 20H2 feature updates after system recovery

After the system recovery from the factory image, a series of updates launched automatically, including Windows Updates. They are all named "Feature update to Windows 10, version 20H2" and I already have 48 instances and still adding new ones. Is it normal to have so many or some process went into a loop on my PC? I'm doing these updates for the last three days... see the screenshot below (in Polish):

    Disregarding the screenshot, can you please let me know if 50 updates titled "Feature update to Windows 10, version 20H2" is a normal thing?

    BTW
    I can't change the system language. I added the English language on the 'Region and language' tab. Under options, I downloaded the language pack but the system display language remains Polish and I don't have the link on the right side to set another. Can you guide me on how to solve it?

    1) What problems were you having with the computer?

    2) What are the status of the important computer files?
    a) backed up to another disk drive or the cloud
    b) back up image
    c) no back up and important files need to be saved
    d) no back up and there are no important files need to be saved

    3) Uninstall any of these non-Microsoft software using the applicable uninstall tool:
    a) antivirus
    b) firewall
    c) drive encryption

    4) Make sure that Microsoft Defender is on.

    These are trial and error steps:

    5) Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:

    shutdown /s

    After the shutdown wait a few minutes and power on.

    6) Run the command again.

    7) Then open administrative command prompt and type and copy and paste:

    shutdown /r

    8) Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:

    wmic qfe list

    9) Find a flash drive that you an format ( > or = 8 GB)

    10) Create a bootable Windows 10 iso:

    11) Disconnect the computer from the Ethernet.

    12) Turn off Wifi: (hardware off if available)

    13) Perform an in place upgrade repair with the Windows 10 iso: (in the menu select not to perform updates during the repair) (save important computer files as needed)

    14) After the completion of a successful in place upgrade repair connect to the internet and perform Windows updates.

    15) Run setupdiag:
