Position of memo field on Teams

I wonder if I am able to change position of a memo field on Excel online mode as it is on Excel offline mode.

    Thanks for your kind explaination.

    Based on my tests, if you open Excel via browser, there is no connecting arrows for notes.
    It is by design,we can only move the cell where the note is inserted to another, but we cannot move notes box to another place.
