Request for renewal of certification.

Question

2019 : I got "Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert" Certification
2021 : I passed the renewal test.

However, I can't check the contents of the certificate renewal test that I passed in 2021 on the website.
I need evidence of the certification renewal test that I passed in 2021.
