Unable to sync the updates from WSUS.

What is the Windows Server version of your WSUS? Have you found any error information in Event View?

It seems that you tried to sync from WSUS console as the following picture:
What is the Upstream Server you want to sync from? The Microsoft Update or another WSUS in your environment.
In addition, please help to confirm whether the Windows Server 2012R2 has installed the latest updates. Here is a link about Windows Server 2012R2 updates history for your reference:

These updates worked out
. Now, WSUS is synchronizing. 25% of the problem 
is resolved.
In the configuration manager console primary site is in critical state.
Last Synchronization Code: 0XFFFFFFFF
Could you please guide on this issue.
I have seen issues happening when syncing, a few things to check:
Are you going through a web proxy? Makes sure that you are able to get through the proxy.
Are you using a host based or network firewall if so, check that it can reach Microsoft
No Proxy.
Syncing it from WSUS console.
