Server essential 2012 Anywhere access wizard is not working

Hello Support,
i have a server 2012 r2 essential. My Wizard is not working. i tried repair and i am getting errors. my certificate was about to expire. i got the ssl certificate from Go Daddy and installed it via IIS portal and everything worked for a week until yesterday. nothing has changed as far as i know but I am getting. Your computer can't connect to the remote computer because your computer or device did not pass the Network Access Protection requirements set by your network administrator."
i have checked the services and rebooted the server. Everything seems o.k. i appreciate your help.

    Did you confirm you have already correctly renewed the SSL certificate?
