Microsoft Certification not showing Transcript or PDF certifications.

Question

My Microsoft Certification not showing Transcript or PDF certifications, it just show a message about contacting support if I cannot see after a while;
actual message is 'Sorry, we could not find your certification profile. Please Contact Support.'

Tried yesterday and today and I still cannot see my previous certifications and current ones.

Please note that Microsoft Certification / Exams is currently not supported in the Q&A forums, the supported products are listed over here https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/products.
