Hi All,

Need some suggestion on below please

We have PC's joined to Azure AD join type, most laptop/workstations are working fine. Except some conference room Windows 10 device.

We are using the right credentials to login to Windows 10 devices but it says Username and Password is wrong. I am sure the User ID is correct since I am using it in my laptop. I tried even disconnecting and re-adding to the domain.

Still same issue, any insights will be helpful

It must be that the AAD account is removed. Try to identify, is the computer account still present in AAD and Intune, and it is not under wipe. Unfortunatelly, in cloud-only joined computers you will get info "password is wrong" instead of "your account is deleted" like in AD.
