Unable to turn on device management in win 8

While trying to connect Win 8.1 to intune, I am getting following error. I know that the sign in details are correct

Yeah I checked this article. It just saying to verify few stuff but what is the actual action to fix it. May be i am missing something in this article

@Talha For this issue, it is more related to Azure AD. The error message is more general and it is needed to check logs in event viewer to find the root cause. Please refer to the following link and there is some methods listed:

If the issue still exists, it is suggested to create a support ticket to Azure AD to get more accurate help. Here is the support link:
