Hi Team,
my customer has a SCE that expired on 12/31/2021, and he is going to extend it for more one year this month. Extension will be backdated to 1/1/2022.
They've already received 2 invoices related to Jan/22 and Feb/22 with current price list since they are consuming it paygo.
Since extension will be processed this month, those 2 invoices will be recalculated (credit and rebill) based on extension conditions and agreement azure price list protection?
Thank you,
Fernanda

Hello @Fernanda Feltrini - Thank you for reaching out to us

I understand your requirement, you want to extend the term of the EA and also rebill the Invoices. This something that can be handled by Azure billing and subscription management team. You would need a support ticket and the team will review your request and act up on it. Or you can contact your LAR/LSP who helped you set-up the EA.
