2022-02-22T08:37:04.26+00:00 Please try to remove the folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\Installer. Then, re-download the bootstrapper file from the following Microsoft Site and run it as administrator: https://visualstudio.microsoft.com/downloads/.
After that, please run your VS installer as administrator and check if the Repair or Update button in the VS installer can work. -

2022-02-22T09:35:48.457+00:00 I suppose your VS installation is corrupted. Would you like to do a clean uninstallation and install it again?
You can try to use the InstallCleanup.exe to cleanly uninstall the VS: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/visualstudio/install/uninstall-visual-studio?view=vs-2022#remove-all-with-installcleanupexe.Then, install the VS2022 again: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/visualstudio/install/install-visual-studio?view=vs-2022.
