How to display server and database name in PBI objects?

Question

Hi,
i've lots of "inherited" PBI reports and try to make some notes.

It'd be extremely helpful if i could make e.g. prinscreen of tables / views from model including SQL SERVER NAME AND DATABASE NAME

How do i do that please?
