URGENTE: Actualizar mis cuentas de office365 al protocolo tls 1.2

Buenos días,

tengo un servidor de impresión basado en SQL y el software MYQ, que los correos de outlook no los recibe bien. Solicita actualizar a TLS 1.2.

En concreto son 4 cuentas, aunque dos de ellas, están conectadas al servidor de impresión.

Cómo puedo actualizar todas las cuentas al protocolo de seguridad TLS 1.2

ESte es el aviso que me lanza el servidor:

Expected response code 235 but got code "421", with message "421 4.7.66 TLS 1.0 and 1.1 are not supported. Please upgrade/update your client to support TLS 1.2. Visit https://aka.ms/smtp_auth_tls. [PR3P191CA0053.EURP191.PROD.OUTLOOK.COM]

According to the result of machine translation, I suppose the issue is you are not able to login some of your Office 365 accounts via your software.
If I misunderstood it, please feel free to correct me.

Since the error message is 421 4.7.66 TLS 1.0 and 1.1 are not supported, it indicates the client is using TLS 1.0 and 1.1, which is going to be disabled by Office 365.
If possible you may need to upgrade your client to use TLS 1.2.
Or configure your Office 365 tenants to allow TLS 1.0 and 1.1.
