According to the result of machine translation, I suppose the issue is you are not able to login some of your Office 365 accounts via your software.
If I misunderstood it, please feel free to correct me.
Since the error message is 421 4.7.66 TLS 1.0 and 1.1 are not supported, it indicates the client is using TLS 1.0 and 1.1, which is going to be disabled by Office 365.
If possible you may need to upgrade your client to use TLS 1.2.
Or configure your Office 365 tenants to allow TLS 1.0 and 1.1.
