Azure deployment behind firewall (no direct internet access)

Hello I have a question I hope you all can help me with,
We are developing a software solution for a client that has to be hosted on premise.
We are in charge of the Mail server/Application Server and the hardware interface server. And we would like to update these servers via Azure pipelines.

The mail server is not a problem but the other 2 don’t have an active internet connection for the release agent to use.
The firewalls are closed and only allow communication between our own servers as shown in the diagram.

Is there some way we could update all servers via the azure pipeline? Maybe with some sort of relay service? Or is this impossible in this situation?
I have searched a lot but all I could find is that line of sight to Azure is necessary
