Hi AZ Commnity
We are launching an health app in various different countries throughout the world and the need for: local SMS service providers becomes more and more evident from a regulatory POV.
We use B2C Identity experience framework for SMS MFA and would like to know how we can become compliant from a legal standpoint in e.g. India on sms service providers and if the MS Azure service providers uses distributed ledger tech.(DLT)?
Please help here.

Azure MFA as a service is compliant with most regulatory compliance standards which are legally valid industry wide. However whether the local SMS providers use the distributed ledger/blockchain technologies in their SMS services is something I am not sure about at this point . Could you please provide more information on your use case and which legal regulatory standard you are trying to get compliant to ? If you can give more information , we can help you better on this. In the meanwhile we are checking more on this with the product group and will update with our findings.
