Not able to update my Certification profile

Hi,

I get the following error when attempting to update my Certification Profile:

         50040: Sorry, we are having a service interruption and we are unable to complete your transaction. Please contact customer support.  

Note, I've merged my two profiles, re: mrivney@Karima ben .com and mrivney@mgmresorts.com

Please advise.
