No reply from Azure support (Paid plan)

I have logged 2 questions with Azure support, I even upgraded my support plan to try and get an answer after waiting a week on my first ticket with no reply.

Still no reply, waaaaay beyond their stated support timescales.

Can someone help?

    Sorry, still not heard back from support, my request is for access to the UK South/West region to deploy a cosmos db, following the article in the failed deployment it says to raise a support ticket for quota access as its currently restricted (for over a week now) - this is why i mentioned the quota access.
