Hi All,
Can you suggest me anyone for how to sync Azure AD users using web services in Azure Portal. Please kindly help on this. I am not getting weather this functionality is there or not in Azure.

Are you trying to build a web app to sync users using web services to Azure active directory ? We generally sync users using Azure AD connect tool if we have a on-premise active directory environment . If you are planning to programmatically send request to Azure AD using web services then I don't think it is possible . You can use Microsoft Graph REST API programmatically to create users in Azure AD . If I have misunderstood your query , please let me know and I will be happy to help you further.
