I will buy SQL Server 2019, Can I Use my SQL Device CAL 2014?

I´m usin Dynamic SL 2015 with SQL 2014.. But I will migrate to Dynamics SL 2018 (the newest one)

I know that I will need SQL 2019 but, Can I use my SQL CAL already bought?

Do you mean to use the SQL Server 2014 license on SQL Server 2019?
No. I’m afraid you have to buy SQL Server 2019 license.
