How do I remove my School/Work Microsoft account from Authenticator app?

I can add/remove Microsoft personal account for 2FA, as well as 3rd party 2FA accounts in the Authenticator app. However, I cant remove the School/Work 2FA account after I've added it. It's only one that's greyed out. What's the trick to remove it from the Authenticator app?
