Join Machine to Azure AD

We are in the process of migrating workgroup computers to azure ad join. How can we migrate local user profile to Azure AD profile?

@Vinod Shreenivas Poojary , User profile migration may not be possible in this case as it used to be for users moving from one domain to another or one device to another using USMT earlier . If I get more information I will share the same on this thread.

Based on this thread you should be able to do something with USMTGUI, maybe it's worth trying on a PC to see if it achieve what you want :
