Hey everyone. I have seemingly exhausted every possible option aside from posting here, so here's what's been going on.
So 1/19/22 I started getting a ton of emails from you guys about Microsoft Azure and basic business 365 subscriptions that I didn't actually do. They were coming to my personal email. I tried to investigate this but found that my email account won't even let me sign into these services because it says it requires a business email.
I emailed back a sales rep who contacted me about additional options but she said she couldn't help me
Then I struggled to find this chat option for a while because most of support tries to get you to submit a ticket through Azure which it won't let me do because it says I don't even have an account (presumably because I only have my personal email)
But now I'm getting billing invoices and everything and I don't really understand what's happening. My most recent one said the billing ID was "Aaron Turner" but that's not even my last name.
So I presume someone else used my personal email to sign up for the communications/billing sections of this service while using their own business information to access the services. Given that I'm receiving invoices, I'm naturally concerned about my name being associated with incomplete bills and would to get this account shut down.
I have tried to sign into the business services online, but I can't access them with any of my email accounts or phone numbers (my personal email address says I require a business email to login and the others say they aren't associated with an account).
The business services phone number is exclusively automated and refers me right back online presumably because I don't have a viable account email or phone number to give the bot.
When I've used online support, they always say they only can assist with personal products and repeatedly refer me back to the same phone number and online services login that won't work in my situation. They also say there's no possible way for them to contact business services on their end, which is absolutely ridiculous since they work for the same company.
So I'm kind of out of options at this point. What I really need is to contact someone from business services, but given how their support systems are set up it's seemingly impossible to do without a viable login, which I don't actually have.
Can anyone help me with this?
